As the league prepares for upcoming expansion within the Metropolitan and Capital Branches, the NPHL has established the following application timelines for interested organizations.

Expansion Deadlines

New Franchise Applications
May 15

Ownership groups interested in launching a new NPHL franchise must submit their letter of intent and preliminary expansion materials by May 15. This allows the league to review markets, ownership structures, and facility readiness for the upcoming season.

Existing Franchise Applications
July 5

Current organizations seeking to join the NPHL or transition into league membership must complete their application process by July 5. This window ensures adequate time for league review, scheduling, and integration into divisional competition.

The NPHL is focused on building strong hockey markets with committed ownership, quality facilities, and communities that support competitive senior-level hockey.
