South Defeats North 11–7 in High-Scoring Metropolitan Showcase

An explosive offensive performance powered South to an 11–7 victory over North in a fast-paced Metropolitan matchup that featured relentless scoring, standout individual efforts, and nonstop momentum swings.

North struck first with a strong opening period, jumping out to a 4–2 lead behind early pressure and efficient finishing. Despite being outshot in the first frame, North capitalized on its chances and carried momentum into the second.

South responded emphatically in the middle period. Four unanswered goals flipped the game, highlighted by contributions throughout the lineup and a surge in offensive zone possession. By the end of the second, South had erased the deficit and taken a 6–5 lead, setting the stage for a decisive third.

The final period belonged entirely to South. Five goals in the third sealed the outcome, as South overwhelmed North with sustained pressure, quick puck movement, and timely finishing. Brennan Feasey capped his dominant night with his fourth goal in the final minute, punctuating the victory.

South finished with 39 shots, while North recorded 42, reflecting the end-to-end nature of the contest and the workload faced by both goaltenders.

The Skills Competition delivered plenty of energy and personality, with players showcasing precision, power, speed, and creativity across the Accuracy Shooting, Hardest Shot, Fastest Skater, and Breakaway Challenge. The competition highlighted the range of talent across the league. The Fastest Skater brought pure pace, while the Breakaway Challenge stole the spotlight as players leaned into creativity, mixing skill, flair, and confidence to entertain the crowd and cap off an electric All-Star showcase.
